Returns Policy

Because of the nature of hemp-derived consumable products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened merchandise. Unopened, sealed items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email support with your order number and reason.
2. Wait for an RMA approval before shipping anything back.
3. Ship via USPS with tracking to the address we provide.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.

Approved returns are processed as store credit or refund per our Refund Policy.
