Bitcoin and Lightning payments are irreversible on-chain. Our refund system issues store credit or a manually processed BTC refund after admin review.

Include your order number, reason, and any evidence (photos of damage, tracking screenshots). Administrators review escrow status before release.

Credits

Your customer credit wallet may hold store credits, refund credits, and promotional credits. Credits appear in your ledger and can apply to future orders.
